General Terms and Conditions SBLadpaal
1. Definition General Terms and Conditions Charging Solutions
- SBLaadpaal: The trade name of the company that offers charging solutions.
- Customer: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with SBLaadpaal.
- Agreement: Any agreement between SBLaadpaal and the customer regarding the delivery of products and/or services.
2. Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries of SBLaadpaal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Offers and Quotes
- All offers and quotations from SBLaaadpaal are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Prices in quotations include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4. Formation of the Agreement
- An agreement is concluded at the moment that the customer accepts the quotation from SBLaadpaal in writing or electronically.
5. Delivery and Installation
- SBLaadpaal strives to meet the agreed delivery times. Exceeding a term does not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.
- The customer is responsible for the correct and timely delivery of all data necessary for the execution of the agreement.
6. Payment
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- In the event of late payment, the customer will be in default without further notice of default and SBLaadpaal will be entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.
7. Warranty and Liability
- SBLaadpaal guarantees that the products and services delivered comply with the agreement and the legal requirements applicable in the Netherlands.
- SBLaaadpaal is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products or services by the customer.
8. Right of withdrawal
- The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the products without giving any reason, provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging.
9. Privacy
- SBLaaadpaal respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
- All legal relationships in which SBLaadpaal is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where SBLaaadpaal is established.
